Toronto Attractions- Promoting Canada Tourism

Toronto, the most populous city in Ontario, Canada is famous for its tourist attractions. In fact, Toronto attractions are responsible for most of its tourism. This city has a lot to offer. For example, let us take the Casa Loma. The Casa Loma is a castle of the Gothic Revival style, located on Austin Terrace, Ontario Canada. Some people believe it to be the best of Toronto attractions, due to its medieval feel. Constructed between 1911 and 1914 it was originally established as a mansion for Sir Henry Pellatt, a famous industrialist and soldier of impeccable taste. His romantic nature urged him to hire the renowned architect E. J. Lennox to fulfil his lifelong dream, his own castle.

Casa Loma, the very impressive Toronto attraction is now a museum, open daily in the summers. Its main attraction is the Great Hall, which has a ceiling at about 60 feet above the ground. The gardens are tended to by the Garden Club of Toronto and are truly a remarkable feature of the castle. The gardens have sculptures, fountains, wild shrubbery and exotic grasses. This combined with the woody suburbs provide an amazing view. Anyone visiting the castle for the first time has his breath taken away by the sheer beauty of the gardens. The castle also has a conservatory, a library, a dining room, an oak room, and a billiards room. Used for formal occasions, the Oak Room is a feast for the eyes. It is one of the best examples of fine Italian craftsmanship. As of 2014, the castle also has a vintage cars exhibition. This exhibition showcases classic cars from the 19th century, including Ford Model T and Maxwell Model Q. Reaching the Toronto attraction; Casa Loma is also very easy since it is accessible via the Toronto subway. Abundant parking is also available if you prefer driving.
